Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are both licensed and insured.
Do you have any available land?
From time to time we will have a lot for sale, but typically we build on the customers lot they have purchased. We also have realtors that we work closely with that can assist in finding land.
Do you have any references?
Yes, we can provide references upon request from a portfolio of satisfied customers.
What is the average time frame for building a home?
We build new homes on an average of 7 months.
Do you have banks that you work with?
Yes, we have a list of banks that we have had great relationships with.
Do you have house plans?
Yes, we do have some house plans, but 95% of the time our customers want to design a custom home for their own needs and desires. We work with our draftsman to produce custom home plans and we also work with several engineers.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit upon signing a contract with us to place the project on our schedule and to begin the building process.
Can I buy some of my own supplies?
We give certain allowances within the contract which allows the client to purchase their own supplies. (Example: Lighting Fixtures, Plumbing Fixtures, Appliances, Wood and Tile Flooring)
Do you maintain the job from start to finish?
Yes, we are the general contractor for the job and over see the entire process.
